WHAT IS NATURALLY GOOD EXPO?

Naturally Good Expo is the only trade event in Australia dedicated to the natural, healthy and organic products industry. It’s the destination to discover what’s hot, next and new in everything from food and beverages to supplements and natural remedies to beauty and home living products. Featuring thousands of products, outstanding education, industry networking and social events, it’s the must attend event for anyone who buys, sells or recommends natural and organic products.

WHO CAN ATTEND?

Naturally Good Expo is a trade only event. Admission is restricted to professionals working in retail, natural, organic or health industries. Persons not in these categories (including children) will not be admitted at any time. Identification may be required at the door.

Registration for our 2018 show coming soon!

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND?

If you pre-register online, you can obtain a FREE expo pass to access the expo floor from 29-30 April 2018.
The 2018 seminar program help during the expo will be available for an additional fee to be announced later in 2017.
Any pre- or post-event events including workshops will also incur additional fees.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE EXPO PASS?

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation by email. Bring your confirmation email to the Expo and scan it at the Self-Registration/Self-Check-In Kiosk to receive your pass/badge.

WHAT TIME DOES ONSITE REGISTRATION OPEN?

Registration counters open at 9:30am each day of the Expo

 

CAN STUDENTS ATTEND?

No. This is a business event and entry is restricted to those people actually working in the industry.

 

CAN I BRING MY FAMILY?

No. This is a business event and entry is restricted to those people actually working in the industry. The only exception is infants under one year that cannot be separated from their primary caregiver. If you bring an infant we strongly recommend that you carry them in a pouch, due to crowds (strictly no prams).

ARE THERE CHILD-MINDING FACILITIES?

No. If you are traveling from interstate we suggest you organise a baby-sitter through your hotel or by looking up ‘Baby Sitters’ in the Yellow Pages.

DO I NEED A VISA FOR AUSTRALIA?

Most visitors will require a visa to enter Australia. Please contact your local travel agent or Consulate well in advance to arrange your visa requirements and ensure your passport is valid for at least six months after the date of arrival in Australia. For further information visit the Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship.

CAN YOU PROVIDE ME WITH AN INVITATION LETTER TO APPLY FOR A VISITOR VISA?

It is not our company policy to provide invitation letters to visitors wishing to attend our shows. For more information on applying for a visa visit the Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship website.

WILL I NEED TO BRING IDENTIFICATION WITH ME?

Yes. Proof of industry involvement may be requested at the registration counters or the entrance. We suggest you bring along business cards, invoice or company documentation along with personal identification such as a driver’s licence or passport.

DO I NEED TO PRE-REGISTER FOR SEMINARS?

No. Seminar seating is allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Special seminars or workshops sold for separate fees are limited by the number of seats in the room.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

ICC Sydney has 1,200 secure car parks and there are a number of others in and around Darling Harbour.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF ENTRY?

Naturally Good Expo is strictly a trade-only event. Admission is restricted to professionals working in retail, natural, organic or health industries. Persons not in these categories (including children) will not be admitted at any time. Identification may be required at the door. Proof of business identification may include a business card in your name, or employee verification on company letterhead.

Persons not in these industry categories, including children and students under the age of 16, and primary/secondary students (regardless of course of study) will not be admitted at any time. Tertiary students enrolled in a hospitality course with valid student ID will be admitted. Please note that for safety reasons, children under the age of 16 will not be admitted into the Expo. Nursing infants in baby carriers are the only exception; prams, strollers and trolleys (ie shopping trolleys) will not be allowed inside the exhibition halls. This applies to the children of both visitors and exhibitors. Under no circumstances are any children permitted into the exhibition halls during Move In and Move Out of the show.
