Bahar has 20+ years’ in the beauty and luxury industry as a C suite executive, business founder and serial entrepreneur. She was named General Manager for luxury accessories brand as Gucci timepieces at age 24 and went on to import and distribute other luxury watch brands including Fendi, Bell & Ross, Hugo Boss and Swiss Army Brand. At 27 she was head hunted to Estee Lauder group of companies as Brand General Manager for Bobbi Brown and natural skin care brand Origins. After moving to Paris, Bahar launched a multi-platform beauty distribution company Brandmakers and introduced 36 pioneering makeup, skincare and fragrance brands to the Australian market with a retail footprint of over 2500 doors across department store, pharmacy, discount department stores, online and speciality retail. She pivoted to digital publishing and was one of the first independent women's lifestyle digital platforms with Rescu.com.au. This has expanded to Rescu Me Academy, an online course platform, Rescu Me! Events and her book Rescu Me! A Makeover Guide for the Life More Fabulous was published by Harlequin books, a division of Harper Collins. In 2021, in the midst of the lockdown, Bahar launched a new publishing brand Ageless by Rescu with a magazine, Podcast and social platforms with a specific focus on cellular wellness, new beauty and rejuvenation.

Bahar is a sought after speaker, consultant, advisor, strategist and mentor to CEO's, brands, retailers, distributors and clinics on strategy, product range, branding, digital comms and more. Recently, she has also offered consulting services to high net worth individuals to develop private wellness and beauty spaces in their homes, property development concepts and yachts. Bahar is a thinker, doer and innovator and always a champion for young and emerging talent.
