Claire Maloney is the Founder and Director of The Bravery; a communications and social impact agency dedicated to positive social and environmental change.
The Bravery's work is delivered under Claire's 15+ years of experience in consumer, corporate and NFP communications, and as a media expert within topical and issues-rich environments, with specialist crisis media management skills.
The Bravery has become a beacon for purpose-lead brands such as Pukka Herbs, EcoStore, Ben & Jerrys, Patagonia, and Frys Family Foods; organisations such as Marine Stewardship Council, WWF, Hort Innovation, Sustainable Winegrowing Australia and Ecosia; and practitioners such as Plastic Free Mermaid. Known for producing creative and high-impact strategies and campaigns with implementation and integration capabilities, The Bravery continues to lead at the forefront of social impact in the sector.
In recent years The Bravery has released Australia's first publicly available, dedicated research into consumer attitudes on people and planet issues. First with Power and the Passion (2021) and then Who Do You Believe (2022), this research gives insight into consumer perspectives about what brands and businesses should be taking action on.
