Leveraging his 30-year track record navigating global sourcing for Australian retailers across a diverse range of product categories, Stephen spearheaded a significant expansion, multiplying supply sources from one to a network of six countries. This extensive experience now fuels his mission at Trace SCI: empowering businesses worldwide to build traceable and sustainable supply chains, ultimately equipping brands with the tools to tell their authentic sustainability stories.

Stephen’s deep understanding of supply chain transparency, traceability, and ESG compliance, Trace SCI seamlessly integrates automated data collection at key process points. Stephen is also a dedicated volunteer Surf Lifesaver and patrol captain/trainer at Avalon Beach Surf Life Saving Club. He is a guest lecturer at RMIT University and Collarts School of Fashion, sharing his knowledge in fashion supply chain and entrepreneurship.
