The popularity of kombucha is showing no signs of slowing, with the fermented beverage now a firm favourite amongst everyday consumers as well as those who pioneered the health drink’s popularity. As a staple of the natural health industry, kombucha will be readily available at this year’s Naturally Good – showcased by some of the country’s best producers.
Amongst them will be Australia’s first family of Kombucha, MOJO. One of the industry’s key players and innovators, MOJO will be launching a new kombucha product in time for the show. Created in recognition that traditional fermented kombucha is not for everyone, the new MOJO Tonic range is light bodied and easy on the palate but still packed with probiotics.
