The Naturally Good Buyer Program is an initiative to connect buyers with brands.

Not just any brands, the brands producing natural & healthy products that consumers are demanding.

We appreciate your busy schedule and want you to get the most out of your visit to Naturally Good. We want to help you find the products and brands that you want to meet.



Buyer Program Inclusions:


  • Approved Buyers in the Buyer Program will have the ability to make one-to-one meetings with exhibitors.
  • Ability to pre-submit key categories and brands you want to see – we do the work for you to find them and connect you.
  • Access to the exclusive Buyer’s Lounge – a dedicated meeting space for you to meet and recharge.
  • Complimentary catering – our delicious healthy food & beverage menu will keep you nourished during your visit.
  • See, taste, touch the top products at Naturally Good this year through a complimentary gift bag with curated selection of products from our exhibitors.
  • Exclusive networking hour in the Buyer Lounge on Monday 3 June to connect with fellow buyers.

If you meet the criteria outlined below, please get in touch with us to express your interest. We will get back to you to confirm your participation in the buyer program.

What to expect

You can expect a personalised customer service experience. We will liaise directly with you to assist in sourcing the products and brands you want to see at Naturally Good. Additionally, we'll arrange individual meetings tailored to your availability. It's also a prime opportunity to network with other key buyers.

Criteria for Buyer Program: 

To be considered eligible for the Naturally Good Buyer Program, buyers must fulfil the following criteria: 

  • A buyer attending to purchase products for business. Businesses include:
    • Small to medium independent retailer – e.g. local grocer, health food store
    • Large FMCG retailer
    • Pharmacy
    • Specialty retailer – e.g. beauty/personal care retailer, supplement store, or organic store
    • Online retailer
    • Wellness space or health clinic with a retail component or seeking product for practitioners
    • Hospitality venue with a retail component and/or focus on healthy and natural products and/or ingredients – e.g. café, deli, providore
  • Have responsibility for purchasing in your organisation e.g. category manager.
  • Working for a business that has been operating more than 4 years.
  • Your business sells products that meet natural, health and wellness criteria.
  • The categories you purchase for are aligned with the following segments:
    • Beauty & Personal Care
    • Natural Health products (TGA Approved)
    • Food & Drink
    • Supplement as Food
    • Business Services & Equipment
    • Conscious Consumption – e.g. homewares and living products
