Sharon Winsor is a Ngemba Weilwan woman and the most awarded Indigenous chef in Australia. As the founder and CEO of Indigiearth, Warakirri Dining Experience, and the Ngukirri Foundation, she has become a nationally recognised leader in native food, Indigenous culture, and culinary innovation. With a background in commercial cookery and a lifelong connection to Country, Sharon has grown Indigiearth into one of Australia’s leading Aboriginal-owned businesses, with products stocked in over 500 locations and featured in restaurants around the world.
Driven by a passion for education and cultural storytelling, Sharon uses food as a vehicle to share 60,000 years of culture through native ingredients, immersive dining experiences, and community-led initiatives. Her 5-course dining events combine Aboriginal music, dance, and storytelling, creating a unique and authentic cultural experience.
