Kristy has extensive knowledge in nutrition and fitness after being in the industry for 12 years and working with the largest weight loss company in Australia and New Zealand. In addition to her academic studies, she brings self taught experience in business start up. She possess skills in social media marketing, food product R&D, creating product distribution channels, manufacturing processes, content creation and public relations.
